HOT ! BYZANTINE BLACK ONYX CROSS NECKLACE

Brilliant Byzantine black onyx and coral dimpled brass cross pendant on a beautiful necklace made of Venetian glass triangles, pink jasper, Ethiopian brass and bronze hamsas.  You’ll also find lost-wax cast brass beads from Ghana.  The onyx beads are layered chalcedony; a parallel banded silicate mineral which is close to 7 on the Moh’s hardness scale.  This fact means it is easy to carve and so was formed by the  Ancient Greek and Romans and their artifacts are testaments of this artistry. The cross pendant measures 4” with a carved eye of Horus onyx bead and dangle measuring 2”.  The drop of the gem-studded necklace measures 17”, giving this piece a total drop of 23”.  You’ll receive double blessings and protection with this handsome, stone-studded Turkish cross necklace!  A Becky Coulter original creation.
